Plot / Location details
Landlord approval (if tenant)

Corporate Applicants

Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration
KRA PIN Certificate

Details of responsible officers
Nature of business

Application Process

Fill in the official BWASCO Application Form
Attach all required documents
Submit the application to BWASCO offices
Site survey and approval by technical team
Payment of connection fees and deposit
Installation and connection

Important Conditions

Connection is not transferable
All bills must be paid on time
Provide access for meter reading
Unauthorized use of water is prohibited
False information leads to disqualification

Connection Charges

New Connection Fee: KSh 5,000
Security Deposit: As per tariff
Reconnection Fees apply if disconnected
